In the last issue of The Ridge we featured chef and Fudart owner Nardia Adams and her delicious ‘chef in a bottle range’ of gourmet touches.
She has now brought these special touches to newly opened restaurant, The Greedy Buddha in Durban North.
The concept is Asian Tapas, featuring the most popular dishes from several countries in South East Asia. Just reading the innovative menu gets your taste buds zinging; the choices very different and deeply flavourful with Chef Nardia’s ‘Fudart’ influence clearly evident.
Everything, including the sauces is made from scratch.
Try the delicate yet spicy Asian soup served in espresso cups or the crispy Szechwan garlic and chili halloumi with candied cashews or the lamb, chili and coriander pot stickers from the Dim Sum to name just a few. They also offer a selection of tasting menus. Check out their menu on www.greedybuddha.co.za
