Blonde isn’t always better

By The Crest Magazine09/09/20161 Min Read

Caroline Botha recently visited Fay and Megan of Image Insured and had her image totally transformed. “Blonde doesn’t work on everybody, and it is far better to have hair colour that suits your skin tone,” says Fay.

After her Colour and Figure Assessment, Caroline had a shopping spree. “Shopping has never been such fun for me,” Caroline said. “It’s something I always dread and, as a result, I resort to buying black. However, Fay and Megan made it so easy with their knowledge of the right colours and styles that suited me. I would never normally have dreamed of wearing the colours they chose for me, but I could immediately see how vibrant I looked in the ‘spring’ colours that complement my warm skin tone.”

Grant Harper of Terry Scott Hair Fashion used Wella Koleston perfect medium and light golden blonde shades along with Colour ID to bring darker and warmer tones into Caroline’s hair. This created variation within the medium length shape he cut.
