Are you batty about bats or moggy about frogs? Then come and join the Drummond Conservancy for a fun filled evening of picnicking and learning about frogs and bats from local gurus at the Frog & Bat Evening on Saturday 23 November at Mbabala Farm.
Weather permitting, bat experts will put up nets to try and catch these fascinating creatures to teach you firsthand about their habits and dispel any mysteries surrounding them.
As for the frogs, those brave enough can wade into the stream to catch some, so if this is you then be sure to pack your gumboots!
Be sure to bring a packed picnic basket, blanket and torches. The Frog & Bat Evening will get underway at 4pm.
Entrance is free so bring your family and friends to come and socialise and meet fellow residents. The event will take place even if it rains, as the frogs will be out regardless.
