The Sunflower Fund will be revisiting an era of definitive splendour at their 13th Annual ‘Black & White’ Charity Ball taking place on Friday 24 May at Durban’s landmark Southern Sun Elangeni Hotel at 6.30pm. At the helm are prominent sponsors Araujo Attorneys, IBV Gold, Sweidan & Co and Trellidor who have joined forces once again to steer yet another successful instalment of this renowned premier event.
Fine wine, food and thrilling entertainment highlight this evening which aims to raise funds for The Sunflower Fund whose message of ‘Making a Difference’ will be highlighted throughout the event. With a 19 year history, The Sunflower Fund prides itself in being the premier organisation in Southern Africa to create awareness about the need for blood stem cell donors as well as recruit and maintain a registry of donors committed to helping anyone in need of a life-saving transplant thus giving greater hope of life to patients affected by blood diseases such as leukaemia.
Tickets cost R750 per person or R7500 per table and include KWV sparkling wine on arrival as well as a selection of their red and white wine at each table, a delectable three-course meal including dessert by Chateau Gateaux, an extensive entertainment line-up as well as exclusive gifts for the ladies courtesy of Elizabeth Arden.
