Chocolate Covered Popcorn
Place the popped popcorn into a large bowl and set aside
Place white candy/chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for one minute, stir and heat for an additional minute. Stir and continue heating and stirring in 15-second intervals until the candy is melted and smooth. Pour over the popcorn and gently stir to completely cover.
Spread the popcorn mixture out on a parchment paper or lined baking sheet. Set aside to cool.
Place 1 ½ ounces of coloured candy melts into separate bowls. Melt each bowl for 1 minute, stir until smooth and drizzle over popcorn.
Sprinkle with the pastel coloured candies and decorative sprinkles.
Set aside to cool completely, then break apart and serve!

Method:
Cut a triangle from one end of the Twinkie.
Use frosting as glue to attach eyes.

Rice Krispie Nests
Ingredients:
- 4 cups marshmallows
- 5 cups rice cereal
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups mini eggs
Instructions:
Grease a 12-cup muffin tray and set aside.
Place the marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat for 25 to 30 seconds. Stir well, and repeat heating as needed.
Add the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the marshmallows and stir well to incorporate.
Add the rice cereal a cup at a time, gently folding it into the marshmallow mixture, until all of the cereal is incorporated.
Scoop 1/4 cup portions of the Rice Krispie treats into the prepared muffin tray.
Wet your hands and press the Rice Krispies into a cup or tart-shape.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
When the nests have had a chance to set and harden, pop them out of the muffin tray using a butter knife and fill with treats. We used mini eggs but jellybeans or some berries would also be delicious.
