Tammy Fry hosted one of her popular SEED Workshops in the kickoff week of World Vegan Month (November).
Guests were treated to world-class plant-based food, loads of info on why and how to explore plant-based living, food demos and a ton of goodies and giveaways. Tammy’s workshops are based on the research and lived experiences that she used for her book, Made with Love and Plants. As a plant-based nutrition expert, athlete, mom and co-founder of Fry Family Foods she has a world of plant-based knowledge and experience and she likes to share this knowledge across South Africa and Australia.
